Vermiculite Samples

Vermiculite samples are done at $75 per non-rush sample and $100 per rush sample. Please provide 500 ml of sample material for vermiculite analysis.

Soil Samples and Wipe Samples

Soil samples and Wipe samples are no longer accepted.

Positive Stop (Stop & Go) analysis is no longer available.

After-Hours Surcharges

In addition to our standard laboratory fees:

Samples analyzed after 4:00 pm until Midnight incur a $75 surcharge for up to 5 samples and $15 additional for each sample over 5. Any sample received after Midnight will be logged in at 8:00am the next business day.

Emergency ASAP $100/sample

Upon Availability, Only during business hours (8:00am – 4:00pm) samples are analyzed ASAP.

Pricing Notes:

  • If you want expedited turnaround for samples received after 4pm, you may request an “After-Hours Surcharge” or “Emergency ASAP” Sample.
  • Multiple samples in a single container will be charged accordingly or may be rejected at the discretion of Dixon Information.
  • Flooring products are excluded from core sample analysis and should be submitted separately.
  • Floor tile with mastic attached will be analyzed for no additional fee.
  • Dixon Information will analyze up to five different material types on a core wall system sample.
  • We reserve the right for additional sample charges with multiple material types in one sample.
  • Turnaround times are not guaranteed and are subject to change depending on the volume of samples in the laboratory.
  • Point Count Turnaround Time begins when the Point Count is requested AFTER the original samples are analyzed.
